Today’s tea is a white tea which has caffeine, but not as much as a black tea. After drinking this lovely tea this morning, I’ve determined that pretty much any tea with spices in it is my favourite. This was Orange Spice, I also love chai and when I visit my Indian friend and her mum, I always drink a spiced tea that she brews. This will definitely be on my list to repeat.
